GOVERNING LAW.

The TOU and the relationship between Viewer and NAJAFI LAW FIRM shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

SECTION TITLES OF TERMS OF USE.

The section titles in the TOU are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

The TOU constitutes the entire agreement between Viewer and NAJAFI LAW FIRM and governs the entire usage and viewing of the website, superseding any prior agreements between Viewer and NAJAFI LAW FIRM.
